In order to save time and make our service even more efficient, we have introduced a number of online forms that are available for clients to fill in themselves with all the details we need to place your notice. You can either complete the forms online or you can download a copy and then email it back to us, and we’ll ensure that everything else is done for you.
LN1 form - is the local newspaper form filled in by a solicitor after probate has been granted. (The deceased address determines the paper)
LN2 form - is the London Gazette form filled in by a Solicitor after probate has been granted. (All probate estates have to be advertised in the London Gazette)
LN5 form - is the form filled in by a Solicitor prior to Probate being granted, as above the deceased address determines the paper.
