The continued success over the years of Lee & Nightingale can largely be attributed to its team. With the core of the statutory advertising team each having an average of over seven years experience, the wealth of knowledge they are able to input across all sectors not only delivers a first class, reliable service, but also a final experienced eye that regularly saves clients blushes!
Having been with the company since the late 1990s, Rachael now bears the huge responsibility of continuing a 150 year-long tradition of outstanding customer service. And it’s a task she clearly relishes. Under her direction, we currently handle several hundred statutory notices every single week, to a level of accuracy that many agencies simply could not hope to match. As popular with her clients as she is with the people she manages, Rachael’s vast experience and outstanding customer service skills are the cornerstone of our operation.
Our longest serving member of staff will collect her '15 year's service' award this year. Overseeing all aspects of our Accounts Department Nicky and her dedicated team fully understand the detail required to ensure the smooth running of the Accounts function.
Joining us from one of the big five firms of Accountants via South Africa Nicky brings professionalism and attention to detail that is most suited to statutory advertising, and consequently ensures an impressively high client satisfaction rating.
Having joined Lee & Nightingale five years ago as a Voucher Clerk, Leigh now specialises in work for Bona Vacantia - the agency responsible for administering the estates of people who die intestate and without known kin. As a result, he regularly coordinates the complex process of placing legal notices in a variety of international publications, from the Ukraine to the US.
In the six years that she has been with us, Lindsey has built up excellent relationships with both the media and her impressive client list of local councils and Solicitors. A true expert in the placement of notices for the public sector, her unflappable demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile are greatly appreciated by the many satisfied clients she works with on a day-to-day basis.
Laura joined us six years ago, during which time she has learned every aspect of the statutory advertising process on a career path that has led from Voucher Clerk right up to Account Coordinator. Now relied on to handle the placement of notices for around 60 firms of solicitors, Laura is a highly organised member of the team, whose attention to detail is a real credit to the department.
Ensuring that clients receive voucher copies of a notice within hours of it appearing in the press is a key part of our service, and one which has helped to earn us an enviable reputation for service delivery. Coming to us with a solid background in customer service, it is Lee’s job to ensure that this crucial aspect of our service continues to impress.
