When the COI was looking to appoint an agency for Bona Vacantia, Lee & Nightingale was an obvious candidate from their list of preferred suppliers. As the organisation responsible for tracking down the heirs of unclaimed or unalloted inheritances, Bona Vacantia relies on the efficient placement of notices in whichever paper is most likely to be seen by the people they’re trying to reach. As a result, they needed an agency that was as comfortable placing notices in the national publications of the Ukraine or the United States as it was dealing with the Sheffield Star or Liverpool Echo.
